We all have different face sizes and shapes and we want to make sure the style you order fits the way you like. Please purchase with as much confidence as we have in our polarized lenses by Zeiss.
Ultimately, if you didn't sit on them, stomp on them, run over them, or drop them in the water, we welcome your story. We are reasonable people, with a reasonable replacement policy, but you gotta have a reason, so let us know.
If they do not fit, simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will schedule a pickup/return. It's that easy!
Limited Warranty Info
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return a pair of Blue Otter Polarized Sunglasses in its original condition with original packaging in new condition. (New condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.) Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.
Blue Otter Sunglasses come with a one-year manufacturer warranty covering defects.
Blue Otter Sunglasses warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Any alterations, misuse, abuse, or installation of non-Blue Otter lenses by Carl Zeiss Vision will void this warranty.
Free returns within the contiguous United States, and for your convenience you will find a pre-paid UPS Return Authorization label enclosed with your order. Free return offer excludes orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, all International, and USPS orders. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs, when exclusions apply.
Follow these easy steps to submit a return:
- Email Feetup@blueotterpolarized.com, Share reason for item return, then include packing slip in your shipment back to us.
- For UPS Domestic customers a pre-paid return label is enclosed. If a return label is not already enclosed, ship to: RETURNS Blue Otter LLC, 2061 Experiment Station Rd, Suite 301 Watkinsville, GA 30677.
- We’ll send you an email confirmation once we receive and assess your return.
- We’ll send you a second email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to be processed.
- We do not exchange items, but you may reorder through blueotterpolarized.com at any time.
