Terrible Customer Service
"The quality of the glasses is not bad. Not quite up to Costa as far as the frames go, but I did like the spring temples. The lenses seemed to have great clarity, but the Sky Blue was too light for a bright sunny day. I tried emailing feetup@blueotterpolarized.com twice with no response. Also emailed Hunter, the founder, who had emailed me right after I ordered. I was looking for some help. Maybe a darker lens or a frame with a similar fit to Watauga. I also called their phone number. All I got was crickets. No one likes to be ignored. Made me wonder if the company was still in business. No refund on my return yet either. Not a good experience for me."
